Hours of Service
Our event services run all week long: Monday through Sunday. Our administration  office is open Monday-Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. We are flexible with event hours and will be able to arrange times that best fit your events needs in the contract process. Banquet room events included up to 6 hours of rental, with minimum guest requirements. Additional hours may be purchased.

Banquet rooms are available for up to two (2) hours prior to event for decorating. Additional time may be purchased. Changes to room set-up, received within 24-hours of the event, will be subject to a change fee.

A bartender fee will be assessed if bar sales do not exceed a specific minimum per bar.

Security will be provided by the National Orange Show Events Center at an hourly rate. No outside services are permitted. We are not responsible for items left unattended before, during, or after your event.

Insurance is required and may be provided by the client, or purchased through the National Orange Show/California State Fair Association.

Final Guarantee & Payment Terms
Pricing is confirmed 90 days prior to the event. A final guarantee number of attendance must be specified five (5) business days prior to the event. At this time, final payment is due. We accept cash, credit cards, certified checks, or cashier’s checks.

Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations must be made in writing. In the event of a cancellation, payment for services rendered must be paid in full.
