Where can I buy tickets?

Ticket purchase methods and locations are determined by the event promoter. Some events offer tickets online through ticketmaster or through various physical locations in the area. Sometimes pre-sale tickets will be available for purchase at the National Orange Show Events Center administration building located at 689 South “E” Street (Gate 1). Tickets are also available for purchase at the ticket booth/will call on the date of the event. Please call the National Orange Show Events Center for ticketing information for the specific event you plan to attend.

Where is the ticket booth/will call box located?

The location of the ticket booth/will call box varies based on the event. Tickets are usually available at the gate entrance of the event. Please call the National Orange Show Events Center for ticketing information for the specific event you plan to attend.

What time does the ticket booth open?

Ticket booth hours are determined by the promoter of the event. Please call the National Orange Show Events Center for more information

Will I have to show photo ID?

Photo ID is required to pick up previously purchased tickets at the ticket booth/will call. Photo ID is also required to verify your ability to purchase alcoholic drinks on the grounds.

Where is the nearest Ticketmaster?

Please visit www.ticketmaster.com to find the nearest ticketmaster retail outlet.

What will I have to pay for parking?

Parking prices vary according to the function or event. We do not charge parking for private functions such as weddings, quinceaneras, or parties etc. Parking attendants accept cash only. For more information on parking for the specific event you are attending call the National Orange Show Events Center.

Where should I park?

The appropriate parking lot varies depending on the building in which the event or function is being held. Usually, signage or parking attendants are available to direct you to the correct parking area. Vehicles parked in the wrong parking area are subject to towing if not moved. Contact the National Orange Show Events Center or the event promoter for parking gate entry information or view the parking map if you know the gate that you should enter.

What time do the parking lots open?

Parking lot hours vary depending on the event. Often parking gates will open 1 to 2 hours prior to the event. Contact the National Orange Show Events Center for information regarding the specific event you plan to attend.

Is valet or preferred parking available?

The National Orange Show Events Center does not offer valet parking, however, preferred parking is available at some events. Please contact the National Orange Show Events Center or the event promoter for more information regarding the specific event you plan to attend.

Is there a nearby public bus stop?

The nearest public bus stop is in front of our facility at Gate 1 on “E” street. However, most events require entrance at gates off of Arrowhead Ave or Mill St. We do not provide transportation from the bus stop to the appropriate location on our grounds.

I will be arriving by van or private bus. Where can I be dropped off?

The National Orange Show Events Center does not provide a drop-off zone for private vans or buses. Individuals can be dropped off on the nearest public street if necessary.

Am I allowed to have a tailgate party in the parking lot?

Tailgating, trailer homes, overnight parking, and related activities are not allowed at the National Orange Show Events Center. All vehicles must exit by parking lot closing time at the conclusion of the event or they will be towed at the owner’s expense.

Security and permitted items/activities at festivals, concerts, and similar events:

Will I have to go through security?

All individuals are required to undergo a physical pat-down search at most festivals, concerts, or similar events. A physical pat-down will be conducted by security personnel of the same gender as the guest.

Guests will be asked to remove hats, empty pockets, and remove all metal items. Handbags and backpacks are subject to search.

Items not permitted on the grounds will be confiscated during the security process. These items include but are not limited to drugs, weapons, food and drinks, alcoholic beverages, markers, umbrellas with pointed tips, stickers, wallet chains, and opened packages of cigarettes. Individuals WILL NOT have the option to return confiscated items to a vehicle or retrieve them at a later time. Narcotics or weapons will be immediately given to the San Bernardino Police Department.

The National Orange Show Events Center reserves the right to refuse event entrance to anyone.

What items are not allowed at concerts, festivals, and similar events?

Items not allowed at concerts, festivals, or similar events at the National Orange Show Events Center include but are not limited to drugs, weapons, food and drinks, alcoholic beverages, markers, umbrellas with pointed tips, stickers, wallet chains, and opened packages of cigarettes. Items not permitted on the grounds will be confiscated during the security process. Individuals WILL NOT have the option to return confiscated items to a vehicle or retrieve them at a later time. Can I bring food or drinks?

The National Orange Show Events Center does not allow outside food or drink to be brought into the grounds for any concert, festival or similar event. Depending on the event, weather, and expected wait time, an exception will be made for one unopened (completely sealed) water bottle per person. All other food or drink items will be confiscated by our personnel during the security process. Individuals WILL NOT have the option to return unauthorized items to a vehicle or retrieve them at a later time.

A selection of food, drinks, alcoholic beverages and concession items are available for purchase at all concerts and festivals.

Can I bring a water bottle?

Depending on the event, weather, and expected wait time, each person is allowed one unopened (completely sealed) water bottle at a concert, festival, or similar event. Water bottles are also available for purchase on the National Orange Show grounds.

Can I bring formula for my baby?

One unopened (completely sealed) water bottle to be used for baby formula is allowed at most events.

Can I bring alcoholic beverages?

No outside alcoholic beverages are allowed on the National Orange Show Events Center grounds for any festival, concert, or similar event. A selection of alcoholic beverages is available for purchase on our grounds at most events.

Can I bring cigarettes?

Guests are allowed to bring one unopened package of cigarettes to a concert, festival, or similar event. No smoking is allowed inside any building on the National Orange Show Events Center grounds.

Can I bring a backpack?

Items allowed on the grounds may vary based on the event and the promoter’s wishes. Backpacks and handbags may be subject to search.

Can I bring a camera?

Personal cameras and video recorders of handheld size only are allowed at concerts, festivals and similar events. With the authorization of the event promoter, press/media representatives may be permitted to use larger cameras. Please contact the event promoter or the National Orange Show Events Center for more information.

Can I bring a skateboard, bike, scooter, or skates etc.?

Skateboards, bikes, scooters, skates and other similar items ARE NOT allowed on the National Orange Show Events Center grounds.

Am I allowed to have a tailgate party in the parking lot?

Will first aid be available?

First aid is provided on-site by an Emergency First Response individual for most large events such as concerts and festivals. The location of the first aid booth varies based on the event.

Can I bring medication or other items for medical use?

Guests are allowed to register items necessary for medical use at our First Aid station prior to entering the event. Event personnel will be able to direct you to the First Aid station upon your arrival.

Are handicap accommodations available?

Parking for individuals with disabilities is available at most events. We do not provide handicap transportation from the parking lot to the appropriate location on our grounds. Handicap accessible bathroom facilities are available in all buildings on the National Orange Show Events Center grounds.

Do you have ATM machines?

ATM machines are available at several locations on our grounds.

Where can I pick up lost and found items?

During an event, lost and found items are taken to the security office on the grounds. If not retrieved, items are taken to the National Orange Show Events Center administration building, located at Gate 1 on “E” Street. The items can be picked up at the administration building on the next business day (Mon-Fri, 8 a.m.- 5 p.m.). Items not claimed within 24 hours of the first business day after the event will be thrown away.
